TREMCO DYMONIC 100 10.1 OZ

Tremco Dymonic 100 is a strong, adaptable, high-movement, one-component, non-sag polyurethane sealant.

Tremco Dymonic 100s durability and flexibility provides excellent performance in moving joints and shows tenacious adhesion once fully cured. This high-performance, UV-stable, low-VOC, medium-modulus sealant is suitable for applications such as:

  • Expansion and Control Joints
  • Precast concrete panel joints
  • Perimeter caulking (windows, doors and panels)
  • Aluminum
  • Masonry
  • Vinyl Siding
Dymonic 100 is an excellent choice and can be used as a fluid applied flashing material in rough opening perimeters for fenestration/window, door and curtain wall applications. It is also suitable for water immersion applications and will not gas out.

What are the features and benefits of using Tremco Dymonic 100?

Can the substrate be damp prior to application of Dymonic 100? 

Yes, the substrate can be damp but should not be wet to touch. To check the dampness of the substrate, apply duct or masking tape to the surface. If the tape adheres to the substrate, the surface is dry enough to apply the sealant. If the tape does not adhere to the substrate, repeat the test every 30 minutes. Concrete can be damp during application, but do not apply Dymonic 100 where there is standing water in or close to the joints. 

What other Tremco products is Dymonic 100 compatible with?

Tremco Dymonic 100 is compatible with and can be coated over with Tremco's Vulkem Deck Coatings, ExoAir Air Barrier products, and cold, fluid-applied TREMproof line of below-grade waterproofing products. Dymonic 100 is accepted for use over Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) which are now part of the Tremco products catalog.
