Over smooth surface roofing, pavement, plasterboard, concrete block, brick, and metallic materials, this substance works well as a general priming coat. HE910 - ASPHALT PRIMER is a great primer for solid surfaces like roofing, cement, concrete block, masonry, and metals. Used to prepare substrates for the application of constructed roof installation, waterproofing, or other asphalt treatments. All areas to be prepared must be completely dry of gasoline, oils, corrosion, scaling, loose painting, and debris, and scraped or brushed clean. Allow enough time for the preparation to dry completely before adding any coats or sealants.
