MasterSeal NP 1 is a versatile and high-performance sealant that can adhere to many substrates without priming, including concrete and masonry. This non-sag, paintable solution is suitable for a wide range of interior and exterior applications, both above and below grade, including those that are immersed in water, such as expansion joints, panel walls, precast units, window frames, roofing, fascia, parapets, vinyl siding, and store front assemblies.

One of the unique features of MasterSeal NP 1 is its wide temperature application range of -40 to 180°F, which makes it suitable for use in all climates. Additionally, it meets VOC requirements in all 50 states and offers a joint movement capability of +/- 35%, providing excellent flexibility for keeping moving joints weather-tight.
When used with Ultra Block or mineral wool, MasterSeal NP 1 is UL listed and can pass the 4-hour, 4-inch fire and hose stream test. It is also suitable for water immersion and has documented performance in wet areas. The sealant is weather-resistant, ensuring long-lasting weather-tight seals, and is compatible with non-rigid coatings and can be painted.
