When SpecSeal Elastomeric Sealant cures, it forms a flexible barrier against fire spread. Its superior latex binder technology is completely water resistant and won't re-emulsify after drying. There are no inorganic fibers, asbestos, or solvents in STI ES Elastomeric Fireproofing Sealant.
