Dowsil 123 is a pre-formed silicone, low-modulus alternative to wet sealants that is bonded to substrates using Dowsil 791 Silicone Perimeter Sealant or Dowsil 795 Silicone Building Sealant.
Dowsil 123 Silicone Seal can be used in both new and remedial construction applications, has SWRI-validated performance, offers high-movement seal capable of +200/-75 percent joint movement, and high-shear movement seal capable of handling specified live loads, wind sway and seismic movement in a properly designed joint.
