Formulated with an innovative polymer technology similar to TREMproof 250GC and Vulkem 45SSL, Dymonic 100 is a highly versatile sealant that has a unique capability to adhere to damp or green concrete.

Basic Uses
Dymonic 100 is a durable, flexible, sealant that offers excellent performance in moving joints and exhibits tenacious adhesion once fully cured. Typical applications for Dymonic 100 include expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, perimeter caulking (windows, door, panels), aluminum,masonry and vinyl siding. Dymonic 100 is suitable for water immersion.

Features and Benefits
Dymonic 100 can adhere to damp or green concrete and has a skin time of 2 hours with a tack-free time of 6-8 hours to significantly reduce dirt pickup. It has a movement capability of +100/-50% in typical field conditions, is low-VOC, paintable and will not crack, craze or yellow under extreme UV exposure. It is also jet fuel resistant. Dymonic 100 is compatible with Tremco’s line of Vulkem Deck Coatings, ExoAir air barrier products and the cold, fluid-applied TREMproof line of below-grade waterproofing products.

What does the 100 stand for? It has been tested and confirmed by ATI to have =100% extension and -50% compressions per a modified ASTM C719 Test.

Is Dymonic 100 VOC compliant in all of North America? Yes - 54g/l or 3% by weight.

When is it acceptable to apply Dymonic 100 to green concrete? 24 hours after the forms have been removed. All concrete sealers or curing agents need to be removed by grinding before applying sealant.

What is the warranty? 10 year standard.
